What is Ehsaas PM laptop scheme 2023?

The Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme (PMLS) is a government initiative in Pakistan that provides laptops to talented students studying in public sector Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) across the country and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The scheme was launched in 2013 and has been running in phases.

Students who get admission to public universities on merit but can’t afford a laptop. So, govt decided to give them laptops for research purposes. The main aim of this scheme is to digitalize. Students should learn about digital skills and earn handsomely by freelancing in IT.

In this program, talented students will get this laptop on merit. So, they do their research work. Also, students in the IT sector will get benefits.

Registration for PM laptop scheme 2024 started today. The last day to apply for the PM laptop scheme is December 31.
